Administrative Assistant

Curator & Arts Education Coordinator 

THELMA is a multi-faceted arts organization, home to many cultural events. The Curator is responsible for shaping the organization’s vision and mission, actively participating in its artistic programming. THELMA has a gallery of rotating exhibitions and an area housing its permanent and on-loan pieces. The Arts Education Coordinator plans and oversees all arts classes and programming including the Children’s Chorale, On Stage @ THELMA and the adult arts programming. THELMA is seeking one person to fill both roles full-time but would consider splitting the roles into two part-time positions. See full description and how to apply here. Events Support – Summer Help Needed!

Are you looking to do something different every day? Join the THELMA Events Team. Concerts, weddings, corporate gatherings, and art exhibits – there is so much happening at THELMA and we need help keeping THELMA the gem that it is! Duties include event set up/tear down, painting, and cleaning. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, must be honest and reliable. Hours vary and include evenings and weekends. Bartender – Summer Help Needed!

Currently seeking highly-motivated, customer service-oriented bartenders to work part-time at Fond du Lac’s Premier Venue. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Will train the right candidates.
