Charlie Daniels Band to perform at THELMA July 13
Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts (THELMA) announced today The Charlie Daniels Band will perform as part of its annual street party Saturday, July 13.
Advanced tickets are on sale now for $10 ($5 for THELMA members). On the day of the show, all tickets will be $15. The ticket fee includes a wristband. All proceeds from the event go toward THELMA, a nonprofit arts center, to continue to provide free and affordable programming throughout the year.
From his Dove Award winning gospel albums to his genre-defining Southern rock anthems and his CMA Award-winning country hits, few artists have left a more indelible mark on America’s musical landscape than Charlie Daniels. A beloved mentor to young artists and still a road warrior at age 82, Charlie has parlayed his passion for music into a multi-platinum career and a platform to support the military, underprivileged children and others in need. Daniels performs over 100 dates a year.
“We are excited to bring this major act to downtown Fond du Lac,” said Jacqui Corsi, THELMA Executive Director. “Charlie Daniels has been performing for over 50 years and his music has crossed genres and spans generations. It’s a great fit for our area.”

Gates open at 5 pm. The Charlie Daniels Band takes the stage at 8 pm. Maple Road, West Bend-based blues band, will open for the band at 6 pm.
Backpacks and large bags will not be permitted inside the event area. All other bags will be checked for any carry-ins. Any carry-ins, beverages or food will not be permitted as there will be food and beverages available inside the event area. There will also be limited area for chairs.
