Currently seeking a highly motivated Events Manager to work full-time at Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts. The Events Manager will provide a high level of customer service and have the responsibility of managing all events for the organization. The Events Manager oversees all aspects of event planning and management from beginning to end. A successful candidate will be extremely organized and be able to manage the logistics of multiple events simultaneously. Approx. 40hr/week.

Bar Manager – Part Time
Currently seeking a highly motivated Bar Manager to work part-time at Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts. The Bar Manager will be responsible for the management of all bar services including beverage and bar inventory, vendor coordination, bar set-up/clean-up for events, bartender staff coordination and more. Must have excellent organizational skills, cleanliness standards, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment. Approx. 20hr/week.

Event Support – Part Time
Are you looking to do something different every day? Join the THELMA Events Team. Concerts, weddings, corporate gatherings, and art exhibits – there is so much happening at THELMA and we need help keeping THELMA the gem that it is! Duties include event set up/tear down, painting, and cleaning. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, must be honest and reliable. Hours vary and include evenings and weekends.
