Executive Director 

Currently accepting applications for the position of Executive Director of Thelma Center for the Arts (THELMA). The Executive Director is the chief executive officer of Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts and is responsible for conducting its administration in accordance with policies established by the Board of Directors. This position will direct the activities of six full-time employees as well as several part-time employees and volunteers. Events Support

Are you looking to do something different every day? Join the THELMA Events Team. Concerts, weddings, corporate gatherings, and art exhibits – there is so much happening at THELMA and we need help keeping THELMA the gem that it is! Duties include event set up/tear down, painting, and cleaning. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, must be honest and reliable. Hours vary and include evenings and weekends. Bartender

Currently seeking highly-motivated, customer service-oriented bartenders to work part-time at Fond du Lac’s Premier Venue. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Will train the right candidates.
