As an artist and Expressive Arts Facilitator, my creative journey has been shaped by an exploration of the intersection between art, spirituality, and personal growth.

My process involves channeling what I consider to be the source of creative energy for myself and others, translating it into tangible artwork through a technique I call Paintgazing. Through individual and group sessions, I offer guidance and messages from the higher self, using art as a conduit for spiritual exploration and personal transformation.

Teaching has become an integral part of my artistic journey. Through regular live broadcasts on social media, immersive workshops, and mentoring programs, I share what I’ve learned along my path. My aim is to empower others to embrace their own creative practice and harness the transformative power of art. By providing a nurturing environment for artistic exploration, I invite individuals to delve into their own depths, discover their unique voice, and manifest their creative potential.
Since the inception of my career in 2001, my artwork has touched the lives of many, with thousands of original paintings collected and displayed in galleries, homes, and businesses worldwide. I am humbled and honored to have received several awards, publications, and to be included in the esteemed Smithsonian Institution American Artists catalog.

As an Expressive Arts Facilitator, I have had the privilege of guiding others on their personal journeys of self-discovery and empowerment. Utilizing art as a means of connection, clarity, and manifestation, I have facilitated in-person and virtual Art Support Groups for years. These groups bring individuals together, allowing them to tap into their creative strengths and navigate life's challenges with resilience and grace.

I find inspiration often in other humans, as well as in nature and delicious moments of quiet contemplation. The smell of old books, the feel of new pens, dragons, turquoise, and trees; Bluegrass music, fireflies, frogs singing to cattails swaying in the breeze; miniature furniture for fairy houses, good strong coffee with cream, memories of laughter, cackling by a bonfire with friendly crows and fresh water all flow and mingle in my heart and mind to fuel my creative spirit.
In all humility, I believe that art has the power to transform, heal and awaken the spirit. My goal is simply to walk with others on a joyful journey of self-discovery, where the brushstrokes of our own divine essence come alive on the canvas of life.
